WELCOME to AE POSTURE

AE Posture is all about training our bodies to MOVE well and exercise optimally. It's to put movement at the center of our physical wellbeing. We all develop poor movement patterns over time and our posture changes and molds into that of our predominate positions. My goal and vision is to guide you on a journey to optimal health and performance by teaching you the practices and principles to train to your full potential. 

I am a Specialist Trainer as well as a Personal Trainer tutor with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. In that time I have identified and filled the void between post rehabilitative injury care and fitness. I am here to continue your progress and enhance your rehabilitation. I will teach you how to look after your posture and prevent pain in the long term.
