WHO I AM
My passion for correcting posture started over 10 years ago in University. I had a very keen interest in functional movement patterns. In particular how it relates to physical limitations in sports performance, pain and general wellbeing. This fascinated me!
I had been involved in sport my whole life, but was always nursing an injury of some sort. Why? Something was stopping me from training to my full potential. My fascination led me to my answer, poor posture. I am a fitness professional that has spent my whole career educating myself in the pursuit of helping others reach their goals. My years of experience and fervor to problem solve have led me to train athletes and partner with medical professionals.
